Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the services. By using our services, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
Glam Stride Academy, LLC. ("We") are a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of Rhode Island.
2. ACCESSING OUR SERVICES
Access to our services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide without notice.
3. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
3.1 All bookings are made subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.2 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments made.
3.3 Glam Stride Academy offers flexible payment options to accommodate our clients. To secure our services, a non-refundable holding deposit of $250 is required. This deposit ensures your commitment to moving forward with our services for the agreed month.
3.4 The remaining balance for our services can be paid according to a payment plan, which will be detailed and agreed upon in writing. This tailored plan is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring a commitment to our coaching schedule.
3.5 Please note that all payments must be completed in full before the commencement of the second session included in any bundle plan. This policy is in place to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted coaching experience for all our clients.
3.6 The holding deposit and subsequent payments are integral to confirming and maintaining your booking with Glam Stride Academy. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these payment terms, which enable us to continue providing top-tier pageant runway coaching services.
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
4.1 To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must provide at least 24 hours notice. If your appointment is scheduled for 2:00 PM EST on January 2, 2024, you must cancel or request to reschedule no later than 1:59 PM EST on January 1, 2024.
4.2 Failure to provide the required 24-hour notice will result in the client being charged the full cost of the session. This charge applies whether the session was booked individually or as part of a package. For instance, if the session was part of a package, failing to provide timely notice will result in the loss of that session (e.g., if the package included 4 sessions, the client will have 3 sessions remaining).
4.3 Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and will be coordinated to find a suitable time for both the client and the coach. We cannot guarantee immediate availability for rescheduled sessions.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 All materials, including but not limited to videos, provided by us during the course of your training are proprietary, copyrighted and developed specifically for Glam Stride Academy, LLC. Duplication, sharing, or uploading the video training files to sharing sites is considered theft, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
5.2 The videos are provided for your personal use only and may not be distributed or used for any commercial or financial gain without prior written consent from us.
6. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The United States courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Rhode Island, United States.
7. VARIATIONS
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
